DESCRIPTION: You may want to consider another venue if your looking for fun at a reasonable price? At our recent experience we were asked to keep the noise down while drinking at the bar (there are people trying to eat!) We also were charged for food that never arrived (the kitchen was backed-up), and when we asked the manager to remove the items that we didn't get, he responded by summoning the waiter and then getting him to argue with us that we did indeed get the food. After reaching a standoff he then wished us a good night and walked off (with the waiter behind him) and proceeded to charge us for the full amount (via the credit card # they had taken for our bar drinks). Bottom line - there are lots of fun restaurants in Tampa - we won't be going back to Tina Tapa's <Editor's note to ALL readers> If you have card charges for items not received, contact the card company and dispute the charges. You are not charged interest during the dispute, and have very good odds of not having to pay the disputed portion of the charges.
