Poor Service
DESCRIPTION: My party was given a 15 minute waiting time on Thursday, Oct 28 2004. After waiting 45 min., I inquired about our status, and was told it would be 45 minutes before we could be seated. While Carol was telling me the bad news I glanced at her waiting list and found that another party that came in after us had been seated. I complained and was told it would be 45 minutes. I suggested that we were regular customers and that we were very disappointed and would probably not be back. Carol didn't seem to be at all concerned. Bad business!!

Super Supper Club
DESCRIPTION: Have eaten and enjoyed the entertainment at Katie Belle's many times. The food has always been superb and service (for the most part) has been good. Portions are overly generous and foods are seasoned to perfection. Ambience is exceptional upstains (though I hear it has changed to a private club.) Open-air eating is a delight when the weather is good and the musical entertainment is always fun.

DESCRIPTION: SUPERB DINNER. SERVER'S COULD IMPROVE A BIT; MANAGER TOO BUSY PLAYING INSTEAD OF ATTENDING TO GUESTS. I FOUND THE OVERALL SERVICE BELOW WHAT I EXPECTED. STEAK NOT COOKED PROPERLY AFTER THREE ATTEMPTS. A LADY WHO SUPERVISED THE SERVERS WAS NOT ONLY RUDE TO THEM, BUT TO CUSTOMERS IN MY PRESENCE AND VERY RUDE TO ME. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TEACH HER HOW TO BE COURTEOUS TO GUESTS, ESPECIALLY THE OLDER ONES. I GOT HER NAME FROM A WAITRESS, SHE, ERICA, WORKS PART TIME AND IS A STUDENT IN COLLEGE SOMEWHERE IN THAT AREA. DESCRIPTION: Excellent food, excellent service (especially LOVED being waited on by HEATHER!) And just an all around fun place to be. Great entertainment, and plenty of dancers!

DESCRIPTION: We dined there on St. Patrick's Day. The food was very good, but I have one complaint. Our drinks, Manhattans, were served in plastic cups. That is very low class for a nice restaurant such as theirs. We were not attending a picnic when this would be acceptable. There is no excuse for this in a restaurant on this caliber.
